Ingredientes:
- 2 1/2 tazas de harina de trigo integral
- 1/2 taza de harina de maíz
- 1 manojo de zanahorias frescas, finamente picadas o ralladas
- 2-3 plátanos frescos, pelados y en puré
- 1 huevo batido
- 1/3 taza de aceite vegetal
- 1/2 taza de agua fría
Preparación:
Precaliente el horno a 350 grados y engrase la bandeja para hornear. Combine los ingredientes secos (harina, harina de maíz) en un tazón grande para mezclar, luego incorpore las zanahorias, los plátanos, el huevo, el aceite y el agua hasta que se mezclen bien hasta formar una masa.
Nota: Con las zanahorias y los plátanos, puedes cortarlos en trozos grandes y luego pasarlos lentamente en un procesador de alimentos. Esto no solo te ahorra tiempo, sino que también crea trozos de zanahoria de tamaño semi-regular y un suave puré de plátano para mezclarlos con el resto de los ingredientes básicos.
Ponga harina en su espacio de trabajo y extienda la masa hasta el espesor deseado. Corte las galletas a la forma y tamaño deseados con el molde que tenga en casa.
